Getting set up

Open JuTalk
Move it to Applications and open it. It lives in your menu bar.

Allow Accessibility
System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility. JuTalk uses it to notice the Option key and to type the text.

Allow the microphone
When macOS asks. JuTalk only listens while you hold Option.

Sign in
With your JuTalk account. That starts your 7-day free trial with 1 hour of dictation.
Then hold ⌥ Option in any app and start talking.
